I built this because I watched it happen for years.

The account

Consulting firms burn through their best people. Not through cruelty, and usually not through bad management. Through the ordinary, relentless arithmetic of delivering for clients while a sales organization keeps selling and recurring revenue has to be earned again every quarter.

I have worked with leaders who are genuinely good at this. Kind, attentive, well intentioned. And I have watched their strongest consultants quietly absorb pressure until they were gone, or until an engagement failed, and nobody saw it coming because nothing they had could see it coming.

The pressure was always visible in hindsight. Never in time.

That is the gap. Not caring, not competence. A missing instrument.

Every relief valve a leader has, adding staff, shifting load, renegotiating scope, flagging money at risk, has to be argued for before it is granted. And an argument without evidence loses to a forecast with a number on it, every time.

So I built the evidence.

Yaxbe measures the pressure building on delivery teams, quantifies it, and forecasts where it lands, early enough for a leader to act while acting still helps.

Where the company is

Mark, be plainly honest about stage. An investor or acquirer respects a clear-eyed account of where things stand more than manufactured momentum, and a prospect would rather know they are early than discover it. State what exists, what is being validated, and what you are looking for.

Background

Mark's decision on how much to include. Relevant and verifiable: services delivery leadership at a software company, doctoral work in organizational leadership. Both are directly on point for a company measuring team experience against delivery outcomes, which is worth saying rather than leaving implicit.

See it working before you talk to anyone.
